What MyPlayPortal is
MyPlayPortal Limited operates a digital engagement and online opportunity platform. It connects individuals, businesses, brands and creators through interactive digital experiences: online games, contests, tasks, surveys, promotional campaigns, content creation and other participation activities.
MyPlayPortal is not a bank, and it is not a savings, investment or financial advisory service. We do not take deposits for safekeeping, we do not pay interest, and nothing offered here is a security. Money held in your wallet is a balance on the platform arising from your participation and your own top-ups.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. One person may hold one account. Give accurate details when you register and keep them current — payouts go to a bank account in your own name, and a mismatch will stop a payout.
You are responsible for your password and your transaction PIN. Keep both to yourself. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
We may suspend an account where we reasonably believe it is being used for fraud, for multiple accounts held by one person, for manipulating a contest or task, or in breach of these terms. Where we suspend an account we will tell you why, and you may contest it by writing to support@myplayportal.online.
Taking part
Each activity states its own rules before you enter: what it costs (if anything), what it rewards, how it is judged, and when it settles. Those rules form part of these terms for that activity.
- Games and contests may require an entry stake. A stake placed on an outcome that does not win is not returned — that is the nature of the activity, and it is stated before you commit.
- Tasks and surveys are reviewed against the proof the poster asked for. Work that does not meet the stated requirement can be rejected, and you will be told why.
- Campaigns run for a stated period and may close early once their capacity is reached.
- Support packages have a published commitment, term and daily release schedule. The daily releases carry the package's full value across its term; completing the term settles anything still unclaimed rather than paying an additional amount.
Rewards are not guaranteed. What you receive depends on the activities you take part in and how you perform in them.
Your wallet, top-ups and payouts
Your account has a main balance, a rewards balance and a referral balance. Topping up is done by bank transfer to the dedicated account number issued to you; credits are matched automatically.
Withdrawals are made to a Nigerian bank account in your own name and are processed daily. Each withdrawal requires your transaction PIN. Minimum and maximum amounts depend on your account tier and are shown on your account tiers page.
Where a service or management fee applies, it is shown against the balance it is charged on before you commit, and any fee owed is reserved from that balance until settled.
We may hold a payout for review where our risk checks flag it. A held payout is not a refused payout; we will tell you what we need.
Referrals
You may invite others using your referral link, and you are credited as the people you bring become active. Inviting people who do not exist, creating accounts on their behalf, or using automated or paid traffic to inflate a downline is a breach of these terms and forfeits the bonuses arising from it.
Content and community
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it you give us a licence to display and distribute it on the platform and in platform promotion.
Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights. Do not impersonate anyone. Do not use the community to promote schemes that compete with, or misrepresent, the platform. We can remove content and restrict posting.
Businesses, brands and creators
If you run a campaign, post tasks or work with us commercially, you are additionally responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you publish, for holding the rights to any material you supply, and for honouring what you offer participants. Separate commercial terms may apply and, where they do, they take precedence for that engagement.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We carry out maintenance, and services occasionally fail. Where an outage affects a timed activity we will settle it fairly rather than to the letter of a clock that was not running.
We may change these terms. Where a change materially affects you we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the change.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the platform is limited to the amount held in your wallet at the time the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for rewards you expected but did not receive.
Closing your account
You may close your account at any time by writing to support@myplayportal.online. Withdraw your balance first: closing an account with a balance in it complicates returning that money, though it does not forfeit it.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. We would much rather resolve a complaint directly first: write to support@myplayportal.online and tell us what went wrong.
