Community guidelines

What is welcome on MyPlayPortal, what is not, and what happens when a line is crossed.

Last updated 2 September 2026 · MyPlayPortal Limited

The short version

MyPlayPortal works when people take part honestly. Play the games, do the tasks properly, invite people who actually want to be here, and treat the community the way you would want to be treated. Almost everything below follows from that.

Fair participation

Do not do any of the following:

  • Hold more than one account, or create accounts for other people to control.
  • Use bots, scripts or automation to play, enter or complete tasks.
  • Submit work you did not do, recycled proof, or a screenshot that shows someone else's activity.
  • Collude to fix the outcome of a contest, duel or draw.
  • Exploit a bug rather than reporting it. Report it to support@myplayportal.online — we would far rather hear about it from you.

Honest referrals

Invite real people. Do not sign people up without their knowledge, buy traffic to inflate a downline, or promise things the platform does not do. Telling someone that rewards are guaranteed, or that this is a savings or investment product, is a misrepresentation and puts both of your accounts at risk.

What you post

The community feed is for members to share what they are doing and to build an audience. Keep it free of:

  • Harassment, threats, hate speech or targeting an individual.
  • Sexual content, graphic violence, or anything unlawful.
  • Someone else's work passed off as your own, or material you do not hold the rights to.
  • Off-platform schemes, recruitment into other programmes, or links designed to deceive.
  • Other members' personal information.

If you post tasks or run a campaign

State clearly what you want, what proof you need and what it pays. Review submissions promptly and give a reason when you reject one. Do not ask participants for money, for account credentials, or for anything outside the platform. Do not use a task to collect personal data you do not need.

What happens if a line is crossed

Depending on what happened, we may remove content, reject a submission, reverse a reward obtained in breach of these guidelines, restrict posting, or suspend an account. Serious or repeated breaches — particularly fraud and multi-accounting — end in permanent closure.

We will tell you what happened and why. If you think we got it wrong, reply and say so; a person will look at it again.

Reporting something

Use the report control on a post, or write to support@myplayportal.online with enough detail for us to find it — a username, a link, a time. Reports are treated confidentially.

Something here unclear?
Write to support@myplayportal.online and we will explain it in plain terms. If any part of this document conflicts with what the platform actually does, tell us — the document is meant to describe the product, not excuse it.
