Your account comes with its own dedicated account number, shown on your wallet page. Transfer to it from any Nigerian bank app and the credit is matched to your wallet automatically — usually within a minute. You do not need to send a receipt to anyone.

Give it a few minutes first. If it still has not appeared, contact support with the sender's name, the exact amount and the time. We can trace it against the payment processor's record.

Open Withdraw, choose which balance to take it from, enter the amount, pick your bank and account number, and confirm with your transaction PIN. We check the name on the account before anything is sent. Requests are processed daily.

It has been sent to the payment processor and we are waiting for confirmation. The platform re-checks it automatically until it resolves, so a receipt never sits stuck. If it fails, the amount returns to your balance.

Three things can limit it: your tier's maximum per request, any daily allowance on your account, and any fee reserved against the balance you are withdrawing from. All three are shown on the withdraw page before you type an amount.

From the rewards centre at the top of your dashboard. It shows the exact next amount and a live countdown to it. One claim covers every package you hold.

Because the countdown shows what that specific release will pay — not the sum of every package you hold. If two packages are on different schedules, adding them together would show you a number you could not actually claim.

Open a task, do what it asks, and submit the proof it specifies. It is then reviewed against that requirement. If it passes, the reward is credited to your wallet. If it does not, you are told why and can usually resubmit.

No. A stake placed on an outcome that does not win is not returned. That is stated before every entry and it does not change — see the responsible play page.

Anyone who joins through your link is attributed to you, and you are credited as they become active. Your referral balance is separate and can be withdrawn on its own.

A six-digit code, separate from your password, required on every payout and package entry. It means someone who gets into your session still cannot move your money. Set it from Settings, or you will be asked to create one at your first payout.

Use "Forgot it?" on the sign-in page. A reset link goes to your registered email address.

Tiers are earned, not bought. As your account builds a history the ceiling on what you can withdraw at once moves up. Your current tier and what the next one asks for are on your account tiers page.
