Who we are

MyPlayPortal Limited operates MyPlayPortal and is the controller of the personal data described here. Write to support@myplayportal.online with any question about this policy or about your data.

What we collect

  • Account details — your username, name, email address, phone number, gender (used only to pick a default profile image) and the date you joined.
  • Payout details — your bank account number, bank and the name on the account, plus identity information where a payment partner requires it to issue you an account number.
  • Activity — the games, contests, tasks, campaigns and packages you take part in, what you submitted, and how it was judged.
  • Money movements — top-ups, rewards, withdrawals, transfers, referral bonuses and fees, with their references and status.
  • Content — what you post to the community, and anything you upload as proof of a task.
  • Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and the pages you open. Used for security, fraud prevention and diagnosing faults.

Why we use it

  • To run your account and the activities you take part in — our contract with you.
  • To move money in and out, and to keep an accurate record of it — our contract, and our legal obligations.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, multi-accounting and abuse — our legitimate interest in a fair platform, and our legal obligations.
  • To support you when something goes wrong.
  • To tell you about activities and changes. You can turn promotional messages off without losing the operational ones about your money.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where it is needed:

  • Payment partners, to issue your account number and to send your withdrawals.
  • Infrastructure and communication providers that host the platform and deliver our email and messages.
  • Brands and businesses whose campaign or task you take part in — limited to what they need to judge your submission, never your bank details.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it or to protect against fraud.

How we protect it

Passwords and transaction PINs are stored hashed, never in a readable form — we cannot see them and cannot tell you what yours is. Payouts require a PIN that is separate from your password. Staff tools run on their own session, separate from member sessions. Sensitive identity material used for lending checks is encrypted at rest.

No system is perfect. If a breach affects you we will tell you and say plainly what happened.

How long we keep it

Account and activity data is kept while your account is open. After closure we keep transaction records for as long as financial and anti-money-laundering rules require, and delete the rest. Community content you posted may remain visible unless you ask us to remove it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it where we are not required to keep it, or export it. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and you can withdraw consent for promotional messages at any time.

Write to support@myplayportal.online. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and an optional "remember me" token if you ask us to keep you signed in on a device. Your theme choice and a couple of layout preferences are stored in your browser only and never reach us.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Children

MyPlayPortal is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has an account, tell us and we will remove it.

Something here unclear?
Write to support@myplayportal.online and we will explain it in plain terms. If any part of this document conflicts with what the platform actually does, tell us — the document is meant to describe the product, not excuse it.
